Located 1.5 miles East of Powers on Stetson Hills in the Northeastern area of Colorado Springs.

Along the eastern edge of Colorado Springs, Indigo Ranch provides incredible Front Range views from almost every vantage point of almost every home. Schools

Falcon School District 49 serves Indigo Ranch and its students. Children in Indigo Ranch attend Stetson Elementary School, Skyview Middle School, Vista Ridge High School and Sand Creek High School (governed by the school district; subject to change).

The new Vista Ridge High School is now open for grades 9-11; grade 12 will open in the Fall of 2010. In the meantime, 12th grade students will attend Sand Creek High School.

There is also a new tuition-free, District-49 K-8 Public Charter School located in Indigo Ranch called The Imagine Classical Academy at Indigo Ranch.
